Privacy

Last updated · May 2026

Vandermere Labs LLC ("we," "us") builds iOS applications. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we do not do. It applies to this website and to the applications we publish on the App Store.

Website

This site is a static company page. We do not set tracking cookies, run analytics scripts, or share visitor data with third parties. Standard server logs may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes.

Applications

Our apps are designed to keep your data on your device. Where an application stores information, it stores it locally by default. If a feature requires syncing across devices, that feature uses Apple's iCloud and is governed by Apple's privacy practices, not ours.

We do not collect personal information unless an application explicitly asks for it, and where it does, the in-app disclosure explains exactly what is collected and why.

Analytics

Where an application reports anonymous usage statistics or crash diagnostics, it does so through Apple's built-in App Analytics framework, which only sends data when you have opted in via your device settings. We do not run third-party analytics SDKs.

Email correspondence

If you write to us at one of the addresses listed on our contact page, we keep the correspondence as long as needed to respond and meet our legal obligations. We do not add your address to a marketing list.

Children

Our applications are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above will be updated and a notice will appear on this page.
